Proxy adapter

Introduction

The proxy adapter is used when you don't want to open your firewall to your Integration Server when using the HTTP API adapter.

Solution

The solution is that you put the proxy adapter outside the firewall and open only one port trough the firewall. The proxy adapter mirrors the HTTP server API from the Integration Server. The connections between proxy adapter and integration server is using encrusted web sockets.
