The transaction view shows transactions for the current path. If the current path is a folder, transactions from all subfolders and items will be included.
To search for transactions use the filter.
Click a transaction row to open the transaction details pane. You can step through transactions with arrow up / down.
Filter
Open the filter pane by clicking the Filter button. The filter will be applied to the transaction list of the current path. When the filter is active the filter button will be filled.
State
Choose one or more state
Property
Filter on transaction properties. Properties can be added from the transaction details properties tab. Wildcard % can be used.
Message contains
Filter on message content.
Logged values
Logged values can be added from the transaction details logged values tab. Wildcard % can be used.
If a transaction might have multiple logged values of the same type, e.g. OrderNumber, you have to use surrounding wildcards. If you want to find the order number ABC123 the filter should look like %ABC123%.
Relative date time
Filter transaction on when they were created. The relative date/time can be Today, Previous week etc. The Adjecent to can be used to find transactions created before or after a certain point in time.
From date, to date
Find transactions created from and/or to a specific point in time.
Columns
Columns can be added and removed from the transaction details properties tab. The column Item path can be configured to display the full item path or only the item name.
Actions
An action can be reprocess, delete etc. Select transaction(s) by checking the checkbox in the transaction list row. When one or more transactions are selected the action menu will be visible. The number of available actions will depend on the state of the selected transactions. E.g. you will not be able to delete a transaction that is in Pending state.
Page size
Select how many transactions to display in each page. This setting can be configured in the System Configuration tool. The user can alter the value in WISM but when opening a new WISM tab in the browser the setting will be fetched from the server.
